Moved into a upper middle class area close to work but I have rented the most tiny & dated place in my neighborhood [saving money to buy this year]

Been here for 3 months and have gotten nothing but negative reactions or subtle questionable comments about my place [from local girls] even after having a cleaning lady leave it super pristine, it’s just tiny like 300sqft studio built into someone else’s house and i’m a big guy

Debating whether to forego purchase ambitions and spend more on higher rent until I get a partner to split bills or pause dating until I get my own decent sized place
