It can be anything and doesn't have to be something that's always associated with physical attractiveness.
For example, I've always been complimented on my pores. I always brushed it off and chalked it up to being young, but as I'm nearing 40 and am in the skin care capital of the world, the fact I got complimented on this definitely boosted my ego.
It could be teeth, thickness of hair, nail cuticles...anything major or minor!
My dark curly hair. I was fortunate to have a mom who was a cosmetologist when my curls came in at 12 years old. She told me not to brush my curls and gave me a diffuser. Probably the peak of good parenting when I consider how having good hair has helped me.
