How do you make yourself feel better during your period/pre-period phase? I'm struggling.

I'm talking cramps, abdominal pain, bloating, nausea, joint pain, headaches. Plus the emotional 'bleh' days and mood swings.
I just started my luteal phase, and would love any top tips or insights into how you feel better during these weeks. My room's a little messy, I'm struggling with my no-sugar rule, my head feels fuzzy, and I'm in a bit of a blue mood. Is this normal? My mental health dips so hard during this phase. :(
