I keep having dreams about my 2 ex partners. It’s so annoying.

One of them I haven’t spoken to and probably never will again. All those dreams are about how I’m sort of hanging around his old neighborhood (I lived there for years with him so I still know people there) and it’s like in the dream I’m trying to talk to him and he’s kind of ignoring me (ugh…that’s was a lot of our dynamic sooo yeah). I think it’s just brains way of trying to get me to understand and accept he doesn’t care about me anymore and maybe never did.

The other one is kind of “the one who got away.” We still have mutual friends and he’s actually married to a mutual friend now. Those dreams are usually flirty or even sexual and it’s like he’s cheating on his wife (my friend) with me. It’s fucked up and I don’t know why I’m having these dreams other than I’m still attracted to him and I guess kind of still in love with him
