I (23M) am considering laser hair removal because of my skin condition. Is body hair or the lack of a big deal for women in their partners?

I've been considering getting some laser hair removal starting with my stomach because I have a skin condition known as Keratosis Pilaris. Basically I have too much of a certain protein in my skin which causes my hair follicles to get plugged. Most of the time is just causes a small bump around the hair but the hair still comes through the skin. But sometimes, recently more frequent, it causes me to get ingrown hairs which are sometimes very deep. I've seen that laser hair removal can help the symptoms of my condition. If I get it on my stomach and it ends up really helping, I may consider getting it on my arms and legs too where my KP is the worst.

My question is would many woman find it weird or take issue if I have had it done? And an additional question. My skin is a bit rough and bumpy in places because of the condition, would that be a turn off or considered weird for any women?

I fully understand that these questions just stem from some of my own insecurity. And ultimately I'm gonna do what I need to for my own happiness. I've lived with my KP for all my life but it's gotten worse as I've gotten more body hair. I do worry a bit about getting laser hair removal it because it is a permanent decision. I'm comfortable making that decision for myself, but I want to know if it may affect any future partners.

I've never been in this subreddit before, but I've read the rules and I think this post is okay to make. Please let me know if it breaks any rules and I'll change or remove this post. Thank you very much for reading this if you have. I sincerely appreciate any and all responses!

TLDR: Considering laser hair removal because of my skin condition, would women be put off substantially by this decision?

EDIT: Thank you everyone for your input and sharing personal experiences. My next steps are going to be to talk to my dermatologist and go from there. Many of you have made a very important point of saying that anyone who would seriously care about it are likely not someone I'd want to be with anyway. I also very much appreciated seeing opinions of people who like hair as well as those who don't. I'm feeling much more confident about my decision thank to you all!
