What are green flags men should be looking for?

I have an unhealthy relationship with love my mother was a narcissist and never truly loved me, so I unconsciously sought out women who devalued me, made me feel like I had to earn their love, or women who attempted to breadcrumb me.

I’m now dating an amazing shy woman, but there's a part of me that finds her boring. I’m self aware so I know I’m self sabotaging, but I do have to take things slow. So laddies of Reddit what of some green flags I should be looking for?
