How do you internalize your confidence or belief in your self?
Post Body

I am 24f and I have always seen myself as regular. Humbly, I have been told I’m not regular (in terms of looks). However it’s sometimes difficult for me to see myself as beautiful.

If you experience this how did you increase your beliefs in your appearance? Part of me is like I feel like it’s arrogant to say that “I am beautiful/cute/pretty/etc” but the other part is like is it’s not arrogant to compliment yourself or believe you look good. I am at the point where I feel like I want to be more confident and have higher self esteem but it’s like I hear ppl telling me oh you look xyz but if I don’t believe it then it’s like ok thanks lol. I hope this makes sense!

Empower yourself, queen!! Feel about yourself how you want to feel and don’t let anyone else dictate that for you. If you look good, tell yourself in the mirror. Don’t miss a single day. It becomes internal and part of you the more you say it. You already know it. Now believe it.
