Why some women cannot believe, that some men indeed love small boobs?

Earlier today I made a post in different subreddit and ended up in a chat where a girl (24) kept calling me liar, because I said, that I love small boobs, tiny tits, you name it. :) Is it so common for women with smaller chests to be confronted by mean insults? Whether you have tiny, medium or huge tits, you deserve them to be loved and to be loved yourself too as a woman and person. :)
