What’s the best way to compliment a woman without putting her on a pedestal?
Post Body

I enjoy complimenting women but I sometimes get eye rolls because I’m somehow putting them on a pedestal. If I believe a woman is beautiful, I’m going to say it but is there a way to compliment that doesn’t make women feel I’m putting them above me?

edit: this is not to random women or strangers. It’s to women I already know and am close with. And the beautiful comment was an example. It could be a compliment on an outfit or they’re funny or they’re smart, etcetc.
