I've seen tone make or break an argument when it comes to women. But I've seen situations where men were called babies because they didn't like the tone of their partner. I watch a lot of relationship podcast that professionals and just regular people and it happens often when a woman says " you were right but I didn't like your tone". This is even said to another woman sometimes.
I don't know if I have a personal opinion on tone. I know sometimes you don't know how you come off to people when you're trying to communicate with them. But if you're made aware of it and you calm down I think ultimately that's for the best. How about you? Do you feel tone dictates how you respond to something? If so do you believe that you should censor your own tone when talking to other women or men?
