I (26F) found out that I’m pregnant and can’t stop worrying about miscarrying.
Post Body

Just as the title says, I found out I was pregnant and now I’m terrified of every little change my body is going through. I’ve been to the ER twice since finding out and both times they’ve told me everything looked good and my hormones level were increasing like normal. There’s even a heart heart. I did suffer a miscarriage last month. It was my first pregnancy ever. I got a doctor confirmation of the pregnancy and then three days later my period hit me like a train. It was the worst period I ever had. But being pregnant again, I’m freaking out about everything. What can I do to ease my mind?
