It's as simple as it sounds. I've been working on habitually exercising for the purpose of better health and losing weight. I know from personal experience that having an exercise partner is really beneficial for a multitude of reasons. And I've been wanting to ask my ladyfriend to be an exercise partner with me. She and I have done so in the past, and she's expressed the desire to exercise more in recent history.
However, in the past when I've brought this up, suffice to say, I have given her the impression that I want her to lose weight done it incorrectly.
Given the fact that I've asked her in the past unsuccessfully, how can I ask her without giving her the wrong Idea?
EDIT: thanks for the suggestions ladies (and gents O.o) I the thing that really stood out to me is make it about ME doing the workout, and not her. I think I recall making a mistake opposite to that in the past. Additionally, finding exercise-ish activities to do together probably would be a good compromise between actual workouts, and date activities. (I think dance is my favorite suggestion of these!) Thanks so much!
