I've been working in catering for a little bit, and have settled on a nice recipe
So I like me some freshly chopped romaine (about 1 inch width per slice), purple cabbage, diced carrots mixed with shredded carrots, halved cherry tomatoes, yellow/red bell peppers, minced cucumber, and a bit of onion, minced small as well.
Then I take 2 fingers of salt, the amount lightly pinched between my thumb and forefinger, and some cracked pepper over the top until everything is lightly dusted (think sprinkles). Finally, sprinkled balsamic vinegar and caesar dressing.
Then I eat it up too quickly and get sad, too much work to make another hahah
