What do you do when you're feeling upset?

Okay, ladies and dudes, these past two days have been absolute hell for me and today something happened that just pushed me over the edge. I want to stop feeling like shit/crying all the time. So please tell me what you do when you're feeling upset so maybe I can try it. Also, if you're upset today too then fuck yeah! Rant along and maybe we can help each other out.
