Photos are such a good idea! Iโ€™m 38 weeks but have had a very easy and enjoyable pregnancy (aside from the first trimester nausea ๐Ÿ˜ตโ€๐Ÿ’ซ) - some things are out of our control, but a few things I prioritized throughout: - Kept up strength training, deadlifts, squats, and 10k steps per day - Began seeing a pelvic floor PT and Webster-certified chiropractor second trimester - Implemented Spinning Babies daily practices and began to sit on a yoga ball during the work day during second trimester to ensure baby has plenty of opportunity to flip head-down and engage in the right position for birth - Rhonda Patrickโ€™s diet and supplement protocol (TONS of omega-3 from salmon, oysters, etc. while also adding in tons of veggies, red meat, and eggs supplementing with Choline, Omega-3, Prenatals, beef liver, vitamin D, magnesium) - Nearing the end, daily - 3 dates, 3 cups of red raspberry leaf tea, Gentle Birth tincture 2x per day
