On Nov. 15 had the vet appt to check out ear infection (diagnosed as yeast), and anxious chewing which the vet said was skin infection, though didnt swab but makes sense.. anyways he got prescribed a cream for his ears and a steroid which i got then and there, and forgot that there was a third medication, cephalexin, to drop off at the pharmacy the follwoing day..
Dogs ears have been back to normal for days, last steroid dose is tmrw, the 26th. When i realized i had that script earlier i rushed to get it filled, and now here i am wondering what to do, if i give him them and give him the whole script, or if it's vetter not to.. vet is closed so need to know if i should start giving him these or not.. dog is 4 year old gold and the itching subsided days ago, also.
