The owners weren't upfront with me about the ear medicine their dog needs while they're gone for 2 weeks. The dog (50-60lbs) needs me to flush its ear and then give antibiotic drops. It's also taking pills of gabapentin and Amox/Clav. It got an antibiotic injection at the vet and is taking the pills just fine but won't let me touch the bad ear (I think it was an ear infection). Like, I'm afraid I'm going to get bitten if I try to do the flush/drops.

I watched a few YouTube videos on how to do it easier but nothing's working. I've been messaging back and forth with the owners so they know I haven't been able to administer the ear medicine.

Bottom line question: do you think with the oral antibiotics and the injected antibiotics while she was at the vet, do you think the dog will be ok if I can't get the flush/drops in?
