Hello everyone, my sister is a first-time pet owner and we are extremely worried about her cat. She vomited three times yesterday, and once in the morning. When she was sleeping, she was coughing and making retching noises. Throughout the day her pupils were big. She was in pain. Her bathroom habits seem normal, however. There was nothing noticable about her urine/stool. She was worse yesterday night and her condition seems better right now because shes roaming around my sister's room and for the most part shes behaving normally, with some fatigue. We have an appointment for her as soon as possible later this afternoon but we are unsure if we need to bring her to the ER. Thank you for any and all advice.

Edit: I talked more with my sister and it seems like her cat does not have a decrease in appetite. She is eating as she normally does, but whenever someone attempts to pick her up she has trouble breathing.
