My cat seemed fine just a few days ago. But, just yesterday she came in my room acting a bit strange. She threw up in my closet lmao pretty random, barely had as much energy she normally had anymore and was breathing heavy. She also couldn’t use the litter box #2 last night.

We took her to the vet earlier today and they did a chest x-ray and found fluid in her lungs ;(. They did some treatment and drained some of the fluid out but not all of it. She’s on painkillers and is acting pretty lethargic after the vet visit. She will purr a lot but i’m worried if it’s because she’s in pain still. She has eaten and drank water and went pee. But still no #2 just yet.

She also seems restless, she would normally sleep a lot, but yesterday she slept a little bit before I took her to the vet, but after coming back from the vet she hasn’t slept at all yet , she doesn’t move much either. I’m just worried that she may be in pain and I really don’t want to suffer.

I love this cat so much, we basically grew up together. It’s painful to see her like this. I’m hoping she is just low energy now and recovering and will be better after she recovers tomorrow or the next day🙏
