I'm Back again with my cat Izzy. So to start off Izzy had a swollen bottom lip/gum and a small rash on the hind right leg, Went to the vet and they gave her Prednisolone 5mg and Clavamox, She was taking both with food. The previous post has Medical vet instructions, She began throwing up on the medicine. ( called the vet; they said it was the Clavamox without any testing ) they offered an antibiotic injection called "Convenia" As i got home with Izzy after the shot she started having really bad sneezing 3-4 times in a row. seemed almost as if it was choking her out. her nose is red from sneezing so much and it sounds very clogged. she is breathing sometimes with her mouth open, sometimes sounds like she lets off a small cough. her breathing seems really off. she is lightly on her food and water. I'm keeping freshwater beside her at all times. but she is very weak along with lethargicness. her behaviour has changed. she used to be so playful and happy, now she just kinda seems zombish. I've called a lot of vets today and a lot said i need to bring her to the ER. but she has been through so much these past couple of days with 2 vet visits. also called a mobile Vet to maybe see if they could just come by and look at her, he didn't seem to hold interest And said I should end the prednisolone by tapering her off with half a 5 mg pill tomorrow and another the day after ( half a pill ) and be done with medicine. I'm just very lost on what to do with her as I feel guilty if this medicine is now inside of her and there is nothing i can do but let it takes its course. I try not to read online about the Convenia shot, as what I've already found has me writing for more opinions on how to help my baby girl. i don't want to harm or lose her :( plz help. I have found 24-hour emergency vets. but, I would have to load her up in an uber to get her to a vet. she got the shot on the 21st of this month. the lump and rash seem to be disappearing.
Edit: on Mobile sorry for bad writing.
