Dog has large growth on top, extending to the side, and underneath his tongue, possible papilloma

The bumps were small at first (locates on the back right and front left of his tongue) and the ones closer to the front of his mouth have gotten better but the ones further back have gotten MUCH worse. Iām very concerned and was hoping I could shat with someone with expertise a photo of the growth concerning me.
