Sex/Neuter status: Male, neutered

Breed: Black lab/Border Collie mix

Body weight: 100 lbs

History: He has allergies, and we give him medicine 2x/day

Symptom: During the spring/summer, his allergies must just get bad, and he basically scratches all the skin off of his nose. Is there anything we can put on his nose to make it less itchy or to help it heal, or is it better to just leave it alone?

Duration: a year (gets worse in summers and then heals over the winter)
