I'm sorry if this the last place to post this, I've just seen other general questions in here, so thought it'd be ok!
I'm 24 years old, and about to attend school to pursue a degree in Veterinary Medicine. While I am, I want to work as close to the field as possible, but I have NO experience.
I am being interviewed (I don't THINK by the Doctor? But maybe), and it will be for a cross trained position for helping in Kennels, behind the desk, AND the exam room. I am obviously most excited about the exam room part, but like I said before, I have NO experience in a vet office.
All I have is I was a key employee at a restaurant for two years, and I worked at Pet-Co for a few months.
What are some good things they are looking for, what would help me in the future for applying to Vet offices?
