My dog has a lump on his anus, red and hairless. He’s been licking incessantly and it seems to make it get bigger with inflammation. He has a vet appointment on Wednesday. I’m so scared of losing him. I showed a picture to the vet who said it wasn’t anal glands, but may be a tumor or adenoma. He hasn’t had any issues with diet, sudden weightloss, he was neutered 2 years ago and is only 3 years old. No other symptoms and no scooting, just licking. I can’t lose him
