Are y'all really more helpful in a zombie apocalypse?
Post Body

I read the rules and there is nothing against this kind of question, so here goes.

I have heard for a while now that veterinarians are better to have in a zombie apocalypse as they tend to be more well rounded and have better Jerry rigging or problem solving skills.

Example: A GP may know the basics of humans but isn't proficient in surgery.

In my understanding, many vets do many different procedures.

I've also heard it was because of a stronger understanding of the function and form of different tissue and cell types. That since we are all meaty and bonesy, there isn't much change until you get into marine animals and nonmammals.

But I've also worked with a lot of vets before and I'm autistic so they could be just joking and trying to secure they zombie apocalypse place 😅

What's the deal?

And if you are a vet, whats the most difficult procedure you think you could accomplish on a human (assuming all the other medical care is available to be used, you won't be required to keep the human alive all alone)?
