DISCLAIMER: SHE IS ALREADY SEEING A VET THIS WEEK ❤️❤️
Hi all, so I'm just looking for a bit of advice while I wait for my puppy's appointment at the end of this week. I got her from a breeder on the 29th of March, and she is a brilliant dog. No complaints there. However, since day one she has had extremely loose poops. No blood in the stool, and it isn't completely liquid, more like mouse (sorry for the tmi). It's not very dark or metallic smelling either, it's like a light yellowy/brown-ish. She is drinking plenty, and is a normal, energetic puppy. Definitely not at all lethargic. She's a little fussy with her food (Harringtons Puppy dry food), but if I add some plain boiled chicken she'll wolf it down like she's never ever been fed before in her entire life, so I think it's more generaly being picky than actual lack of appetite, as she'll happily eat everything else. She's very affectionate and playful, and if it weren't for the consistently loose poops (5-6 times a day) I would be confident in saying she was in perfect health. Any ideas?? Or tips on things to ask for? :)
- She's 12 weeks old, a female Springer Spaniel, fully vaccinated and up to date on her flea and worm ❤️
