Hi all,
I have 2 adults cats (1 British long hair and 1 ragdoll) and 2 one year old kittens (both ragdolls). Their appetite has suddenly increased dramatically in the last few weeks and so I thought it may be worms (not tapeworms as I don't see anything coming out in their stools) and I bought granule dewormers as they hate eating pills.
I mixed It in with their wet food and and both kittens happily ate their dosage after some coaxing.
The adult ragdoll has eaten about 70% of the mixed food with coaxing and won't touch the rest.
The British long hair had like 2 bites and just refused to eat any more.
I know the British hasn't eaten much of the dosage so I can give him a pill tomorrow (hoping that goes well) but I'm confused about the adult ragdoll. Do I feed her half the dose tomorrow or is that considered overdosing? And if it is not, can I give her half a pill instead of a full pill as she won't touch the mixed food anymore even after some time.
By coaxing I sprinkled crushed treats over the mixed food as well as adding tuna to the top layer.
Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks :)
