Hi everybody, first time posting in this group.
So 7 months ago I went vegan, I watched a lot of stuff (Michael Gregor, neal bernard, Gareth Davis etc.) mostly I listen to those guys and not some YouTuber etc. I also read their books.
So I follow the daily dozen consistently and in that time completed 80% of it over the time (80% of the daily dozen completed over 80% of the 7 months) hope this makes sense.
And before I went vegan I made a blood test and now 7 months later again.
Please see the link below. (left stats are from BEFORE and right stats are from AFTER I am vegan for 7 months)
Now I see some stats got better but what I am concerned is the cholesterol level. Why the fuck this went up? I thought it would be much lower.
What does it mean?
Do I eat too fatty? I am confused and my vegan knowledge has also gone after the months, I basically try to stick as much as possible to the daily dozen.
What should I change so it would not increase?
Also can anybody please check the stats real quick and can tell me really quickly if something is good or bad, would really appreciate it a lot
Here the overall questions:
1.) What does that mean that my cholesterol level is higher? What am I doing wrong?
2.) Do I eat to fatty?
3.) What should I change in my eating so it would not increase any more?
4.) Can you please give me some quick feedback on my blood test results (before and after)
If you need any more answers from me, please feel free to ask :)
