What age were you able to afford your own property?

I'm 25, my flatmates are driving me nuts. They always use all the hot water so I can never have a good shower, constantly leaving their clothes in the washing machine and not cleaning up. They like to game so I constantly hear a lot of screaming and shouting. I'm just tired of working from home and dealing with this to be honest, I guess this post is a desperate attempt of gaining some hope lol
