Has anyone else noticed a rise in anglophobic sentiment online lately?

Post Body

So a little while ago (as most of you probably noticed thanks to the omnipresence of the memes that spawned from it) there was a trend of making fun of the UK in memes, bri'ish, various doge memes and all of that.

That was all well and good and I had a laugh at a good few of those (taking the piss out of ourselves is a national pastime after all) but lately I've noticed a general shift online away from light hearted ribbing to more genuine mean spirited vitriol and hate directed at the UK and people from it on social media. Has anyone else observed this?
