Question About a Potential Move

Hi guys! I didn't really know where to go with this right now. For awhile now I've been wanting to move to the UK and while I have a decent knowledge of what's to happen I just have one question that's puzzled me. I know I have to get a tourist visa which last 6 months IIRC, would there be anyway I could move there whilst on my visa or would I have to wait til it expires to fully do so? I'm wanting to move here ASAP and anyways of expediting this process is greatly appreciated. Thanks for any help you guys can provide me, means a ton.
