What do you think it would take to build a national community movement in the UK?

Ok I know I am whimsical and there would still be a huuugee amount to truly fix .. education, prisons, nhs etc

But I am certain a lot of problems would be better through working together towards those goals though just gentle agreed universal values and actually supporting one another (through some kind of digital medium too) then putting real pressure slowly politically

I just think the country is in a rut and all the messages are just too superficial and individualistic (which has a solid place and start) any ways
