What does it mean when your boss invites all staff to a meal out but leaves you out?
Post Body

Hi,

As above. I’ve been working at my current place for a few months so not long at all. Im not a big fan of nights out or eating out so in a way I’m glad he didn’t (he doesn’t know any of it) but it feels kinda weird not to be involved you know?

Am I overthinking it?

Edit: yes, I am in his contact list.
