Cigar Shops in Izmir

Hi. I am a cigar smoker and land in Izmir on Tuesday and will be there for a week.
My question is: 1. Are there any Cigar shops that I may purchase my cigars from? Or should I purchase from Duty Free? 2. Also, are all the major brands available from Cuba, Havana, Dominican Republic etc? 3. Can I only smoke outside of cafes, coffee shops, eateries, etc? 4. What are the prices of cigars in TL?
