I was reviewing Trump's foreign policy speech and he mentioned that "ISIS is making millions and millions of dollars a week selling Libya oil.
I am having trouble finding a source to back up this claim. What I AM finding is that ISIS is actually attacking Libyan oil fields. Can I get some help?
