Sometimes with discrimination, some people say stuff like “oh I don’t see happen *stereo typical discrimination* to *group of people*” what do you think of that?

I’ve heard stuff like nothing short of death counts as discrimination, “I don’t see you being murdered on the street”. To me that is a mindset that is dangerous because it gas lights everyone involved into thinking something isn’t a problem.
