Live in a rural area. Most internet options are pure ass. There is a buried fiber cable running along the property, so there’s at least some infrastructure in the area. The ISP that owns the cable (pretty sure) says they don’t offer fiber at my address. What do I need to do/say to get them to install the remaining needed infrastructure?
If the line is a business line you won't have a hope. But there's no reason otherwise to be able to offer a track joint and offer a terminal off of that to give u a line.
