What tablet should I buy?

Hello everyone! I am an incoming computer science student and I am looking to buy a new tablet for my setup. I currently have an android phone and an Acer Nitro 5 for my laptop. I am satisfied with my laptop but it is a bit too heavy to carry around. So, I am looking for a tablet that I can use. I am also not decided whether I should buy an Apple or Android tablet especially since I have a windows laptop. My budget is around 30,000-40,000 PHP or around 500-700 USD. Â
