What's the most efficient way to transfer url's from one computer to another?

I know there are a number of workarounds for this, but what is the most efficient way to transfer general url links, text, and images between devices? Outside of something like Slack or Google Drive, is there an app that acts as a repository for these things that could be installed on a PC and, say, an iPhone? I'm imagining something that can be organized, almost like an advanced bookmark system. Does something like this exist?
