Mini DVC converting on Windows

I found an old family Sharp VL-Z5 camcorder that has some unseen footage from 20 years back. How do I go about converting a tape on a windows computer? What wires and tech would I need? The camcorder has no additional wires other than the charger.
I unfortunately don’t know anything about tech, so any help would be appreciated!
