Sorry in advance if this is a ramble, tldr at the end. My Pixel 6 has decided it no longer wants to register that there's a SIM card inserted. (Yes I have tried literally everything, it could possibly be a hardware issue but I don't fancy taking the screen off to check, I know it's easy but I've already replaced it twice. No I don't have insurance and I am out of warranty). I had to put my SIM into an old beat up phone to receive SMS etc. Having two phones is incredibly inconvenient, the old phones speaker doesn't work so I'm missing loads of calls. I will just buy a cheap shotter to take calls but I was wondering if anyone knew of a way I could divert texts and calls from that phone to my SIMless Pixel 6. I am in the UK and not sure about the safety of apps that provide virtual numbers, (so that I can possibly divert texts and calls to a virtual number), or if they're even available here, so advice on that would be great. Thanks in advance! TL/DR I'm in the UK and need a way to divert calls and texts to a phone with a SIM to a phone without a SIM or SIM card reader
