I am visiting someone who lives in a fairly remote part of the Wisconsin. I would like to do some remote work on the ground when I'm there, but unfortunately the signal (tmobile hotspot) is a little spotty to say the least. He does have a large tower that I can climb, and up there the signal is pretty strong, or at least strong enough.
My question is what can I do to increase the signal to the ground level? Can I buy some sort of amplifier that I could place at the top of the tower to increase the signal to the ground level within a small vicinity? Any tips are greatly appreciated. I'm sure he would appreciate if I could help him have some more sturdy internet access while laying in his cabin, etc. Thanks!
