Does having a student's sibling in class benefit the student or is it not good?
Post Body

Let's say a student had a younger sibling.

The older sibling has you in class.

Then the younger siblings has you as a teacher a year later.

As a teacher, dies it help you relate to the student more if you had their sibling in class the first time?

As a teacher, if the older sibling didn't do his best in your class; then you find out their sibling in your class; does it change your perspective on him?

Does it hinder your perception of thr student?

I'm curious as to what you as a teacher think about having student siblings in your class in general?

Thank you and God bless.
