Telemarketer here. I set appointments for my financial advisor to talk to prospects about their critical illness coverage. Normally I work like 3 hours a day, and I make 100-130 cold calls in that time. I have two different possible scripts to address a particular objection (I already have insurance), and I want to test it. How do I determine how many calls I need to make to test which one is better? Also what about other confounding factors like time of day, which day etc? My stats background is one intro stats course in uni many years ago, and that's about it.
