[40k] are there any Xenos that aren't at war with the Imperium?

Hi there! My planet had been taken over by the Tau but had recently been liberated by the local resistance and a the Space Marines.
I got to thinking, as I'm being dragged away by the Inquisition (for what I assume is routine questioning) are there any Xenos that aren't at war with the Imperium?
Certainly there must be friendly Xenos. What about primitive Xeno? Or maybe Xenos that want to serve under the glory of the God Emperor?
