If the JLA has a singular stated opinion on a broad civic matter like that it probably means Superman/Batman successfully managed to slowly turn it into their personal simp club through a mix of reassignments, politicized expulsions/invitations and engineered disasters away from the watch tower (Magic snafus to draw away the occult, stuff in deep space to keep the Lanterns and the people around Starfire occupied etc).

At that point things have deteriorated to such a horrific degree we're probably looking at an entire story arc surrounding the efforts by B-listers to topple the soft power of an organization more beloved than the concept of not getting scurvy.

Basically

Not their wheelhouse nor are they unified enough to even speak with one voice. If they were it would be a sign of Waller being right about absolutely everything.
