By the time the main characters arrive to the pizza place to finally get their pizza... It's been 3 days since the apocalypse happened. Shouldn't that pizza be full of mold and cockroaches?

Or even if it did look relatively pristine, that old pizza sitting in room temperature for 3 days should've easily gave whoever ate it some terrible stomach pain or vomiting, which would easily cause enough noise to attract one of the monsters. Y'know like the classic "HURL!" sound effect.

Not to mention the bacteria that festered on that pizza, could probably kill someone even if the above didn't happen.There's medical videos showing a guy eating leftover fried rice that was outside the fridge for 24 hours and then dying a horrible death, for starters.
