With the destruction of Romulus and the destruction of the Romulan Senate (and then the death of the new Praetor) is the Romulan government that signed the treaty still extant? Or will the Federation allow the new Romulan government that emerges to novate previous treaties?
This also doesn't explain how the treaty will be impacted if Daniels was true about the Klingons joining the Federation in a few centuries (if it still exists at all).
