Spider-Therapist. Is he a Peter Parker? Is Peter the therapist, or is Spider-Man the therapist? If it is the latter, who does the Spider-Man treat? Other heros in that universe?

Also, in the film, Spider-Therapist was being awfully sardonic with his Spider-Man patient, which is unbecoming of a therapist. Is he bad at his job or is this just a one off because he had a bad moment after hearing the same story for the millionth time?

Lastly, Miguel doesn't seem like the type to care about the mental health of Spider people. Did he ask Spider-Therapist to set up a practice there or did ST just take it upon himself to do so.
