Where do people buy/sell used goods here?

I’ve had this extra mirror, desk raiser, husband pillow, extra ikea drona boxes etc that I’ve had in my apartment unused since I got here.
I put them all on OfferUp.
In Seattle I would have gotten a bunch of messages, done a little haggling, and would probably have all these sold or picked up by now.
Here I’m barely getting any views. Am wondering if that is regional perhaps? Is there a better app for doing this here?
